Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the online transformative program and mentoring (Create the Life, Work & World You Love) offered by New Direction (referred to as "the Program"). By enrolling in and accessing the Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Program Overview

The Program is an online, self-paced course with structured modules and practices designed to help participants achieve transformative personal and professional goals. Mentoring support is provided through live peer-mentoring calls and communication via the training platform.
 

2. Enrollment and Access

Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals aged 15 and above. If under 15, you must have permission from a legal guardian. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.
 

Access to Content: Upon enrollment, you will receive access to all course materials, which include:

  • 5 Modules + 1 Bonus Module with Proven Practices

  • Create Your Vision Mapping Tool

  • Journal/Guidebook

  • Access to Peer-Group Mentoring Calls and Community

  • Lifetime Access to a Community of Support

  • Additional One-on-One Mentoring
     

Program Duration: You will retain access to the course materials for a period of 6 months following the completion of the course and access to the community platform for as long as New Direction’s website is operational.
 

3. Payments and Refund Policy

Payment Options: Payments are handled through Scandinavia-NZ Ltd and may be made as a one-time fee or in two installments, as outlined at the time of enrollment.
 

  • First Installment: Due at the time of enrollment.

  • Second Installment: Due 30 days after the first payment.
     

Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course materials have been accessed. Refunds will not be granted after this period. To request a refund, contact us at alexander(at)newdirection.fi.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to written content, videos, audio files, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of New Direction and are protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of any course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Mentoring Calls and Community Guidelines

Peer-Mentoring Sessions: Participation in live calls is optional but highly recommended.
 

  • Calls are conducted over Zoom, and details will be communicated via email and the platform.

  • Participants should inform New Direction at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend.


Community Conduct: Participants must adhere to respectful and constructive communication within mentoring calls and any community forums. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the community and Program without a refund.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimers

No Guarantees: While the Program is designed to facilitate transformation and growth, outcomes depend on individual effort and engagement. New Direction makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
 

Personal Responsibility: Participation in the Program is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for any actions you take as a result of your participation.
 

Limitations of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, New Direction is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
 

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information, including payment details and course activity, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.
 

8. Modifications to the Program or Terms

New Direction reserves the right to update or modify the Program, including its content, schedule, and these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the training platform.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
